Exhibition in Larráinzar

At a later stage following the initial workshops, it was agreed to hold an exhibition showcasing the artworks being produced within Galería MUY. The event was chosen to take place in the town of Larráinzar, as four of the artists are originally from there, which made organizing the event—including the transportation, installation, and care of the pieces—more manageable. It was held successfully in November 2020 and was attended by local writers, radio hosts, musicians and singers, family members of the artists, as well as other artists from Galería MUY who traveled to witness the event. The exhibition featured paintings, textiles, videos, and sculptures, with the aim of sharing with the local community the diverse artistic expressions being explored by artists from other Indigenous communities.
