Galería MUY promotes the work of Indigenous creators through interactions with various spaces both within and outside the country. These activities stem from an interest in establishing a dialogue with the ever-evolving world of global contemporary art. The artists participate in exhibitions at museums, galleries, and cultural centers, as well as in discussions held in both virtual and in-person settings. The aim is to share the experience of creating from Maya and Zoque communities, generating a space for reflection that helps redefine contemporary Indigenous art.
